Landscape Architect & design - design & install
I create master landscapes for residential & commercial properties. Project Management from the start to finish. I design all of my own projects, work through the budget and HOA restrictions, and install all on my own, without help from others. I do this as my attention to detail is extremely high and I want your landscape to be as perfect as possible.

Shrier landscape
I find hand drawing works best for small to medium sized residential designs. I can show a few different pages worth of ideas and let the customer choose ideas from all of the drawings. Then make a master drawing to work from and order. This was the drawing that the Shrier’s approved. I also lay out & install my own projects, which is key and allows me to adjust on the fly as the customer always likes to make adjustments on the install day.
SMITH FAMILY
Two preliminary drawings used to generate ideas towards a future design. They selected a few items from each and I came out with a master plan
residential duplex concept
Duplex residential project, drawn for ideas and I was able to get the project where others were not able to show what could be done. Simple drawing took less than an hour to secure a $25k project

I asked the Client for a site plan when we first set up the appointment over the phone. They emailed it to me, I scanned and placed it into the CAD software. I came to the initial meeting with a few copies, ready to draw on. After 30 min of talking, I took 10 min to draw this from our conversation and left with a retainer for the job. He was impressed with my knowledge, enjoyed the conversation, and was amazed with the quick turn around and quote. The drawing was slightly clipped when scanning.
landscape design for local builder
Start of a landscape plan for a local builder and client. I was able to scan the B&W site plan from the builder and design on top of that to show the client what could be done. They had a very small budget setup by the builder and had plans to do more, once the builder had completed the project. This was a $75,000 landscape project with sod, trees, plants, mulch, 89 stone, boulders, lights, and irrigation. This was created in Land FX.
Dynascape plant mapping
When setting up a program like Dynascape or Land FX, there are details that you have to setup to use the program. Every company uses different icons to represent plants, trees, and shrubs. This is an example of that process.
A Dynascape Landscape design for a spec home in an upcoming planned community to show to the builder. I was given a fixed budget, HOA requirements, and an approved plants list to follow. This was presented to the Builder and adjustments were requested. Fun to see the drawing with a few markups. After this adjustment, a plant list would be placed on the drawing and submitted to the HOA for approval. A similar plan can also be made with Land FX.
